Coaching is primarily a conversation, a focused space to think, reflect and explore what matters to you. Depending on what you're working on, I may also introduce exercises such as visualisation, writing, movement or relaxation techniques.
There is no fixed formula. Each session is shaped around you, what you're bringing to the conversation and what would be most useful at that moment.

Clients often describe me as supportive, thoughtful, challenging, structured and practical.
I'll create a space where you can be open and honest, while also challenging you when I think it could help you see something differently. I won't tell you what you should do or give you a ready-made solution. Instead, I'll help you explore what's really going on, gain perspective and find your own way forward.
Every coaching relationship is different, and I'll adapt my approach to what you need.

We start with a free 30-minute chemistry call. It's an opportunity to get to know each other, talk about what's bringing you to coaching, explore what you'd like to achieve and answer any questions you have about how I work.
We'll also discuss practicalities, including the format, frequency and fees, so you can decide whether working together feels right for you.
There is no obligation to continue after the call.

I work primarily with ambitious professionals, managers, leaders and entrepreneurs who want to grow, navigate change or make more intentional choices about their careers and working lives.
You don't need to have a specific problem or know exactly what you want to work on before we start. You might be facing a career decision, stepping into a new leadership role, navigating change, feeling stuck, or simply wanting to understand what's next.
If you're curious about whether coaching could help, the chemistry call is a good place to start.

You don't need to arrive with all the answers. What matters most is curiosity, honesty and a willingness to explore things from different perspectives.
Coaching isn't something I do to you. You're ultimately responsible for the choices and changes you make. Our sessions create the space for insight and reflection, but the most meaningful work often happens between sessions, when you start applying those insights to your everyday life.

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you gain clarity, explore possibilities, challenge assumptions and move towards the changes you want to make.
I'm not here to diagnose you, tell you what to do or provide therapy or business consulting. My role is to help you think more deeply, see different perspectives and make your own informed choices.
Where appropriate, I may draw on complementary techniques to support the coaching process, always with your agreement.
