With over a decade of experience in sustainability innovation, I have held senior leadership and management roles within high-growth, impact-driven startups, specialising in sales, business development, and general management. Early in my career, I was appointed Managing Director for Europe at a pioneering waste management company, a defining and intensely demanding period marked by rapid expansion across teams, markets, and revenue.

During this time, I experienced first-hand the pressures and isolation that can accompany leadership. Seeking space to reflect and navigate complex challenges, I discovered coaching. It provided clarity, perspective, and a deeper understanding of myself and my relationships. Through coaching, I developed greater confidence in my decision-making and gained practical tools that transformed how I supported and led my teams. I remember wondering why these skills were not taught more widely in business education.

Inspired by the profound impact coaching had on my own life, I trained as a professional coach in 2023, motivated by a desire to support other ambitious leaders facing similar challenges.

Today, I divide my time between my role as Head of Organisation Effectiveness for a leading US-based sustainability organisation and working with private coaching clients. My work focuses on helping leaders think clearly, lead consciously, and create meaningful, sustainable success, both professionally and personally.
