About me
Originally from the French Pyrenees, I have lived in the United Kingdom since 2012. After a decade in London, I relocated with my daughter and husband to the East Midlands. Alongside my work I love to stay active, which helps me clear my mind, and I enjoy exploring the outdoors alone or with friends and family, discovering my local area. I also regularly practice meditation with the Western Meditation School RESO, where I am a member and trainee.
With over a decade of experience in sustainability innovation, I have worked in senior leadership and management positions for high-growth, impact-driven startups, with a focus on sales & business development and general management.
Being appointed Managing Director for Europe at a leading, innovative waste management company in my late twenties was an incredibly intense period in my professional life, with huge expansions across the company, people and profits in a short period of time.
I felt incredibly stretched and needed someone I could confide in about the challenges I was facing. This is when I discovered coaching. It gave me the space I needed to reflect and think clearly, helping me find valuable insights about myself, developing a deeper understanding of my relationships, and designing solutions to my problems. It helped me be more responsible and confident about my decisions, both at work and in my personal life. Coaching also provided me with practical tools to support my teams and become a better manager. I remember thinking: why isn’t this taught in business schools?
Convinced by the power of coaching, in 2023, I decided to train as a professional coach, driven by a passion for supporting other ambitious leaders.
I now divide my time between working as the Head of Organisation Effectiveness for a leading US based sustainability organisation, and offering coaching sessions to my private clients.
